Roasted Fall Root Vegetables

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 6-8 servings

This festive holiday dish puts the spotlight on the flavours of fall vegetables. We've used potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and beets, but turnips, parsnips and rutabagas are delicious choices too. Be sure to cube the vegetables all the same size.

Glazed Ham

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes per pound (500 g)

This tasty glazed ham is an easy – and convenient – alternative to turkey for your Thanksgiving meal. The whole cloves provide a lovely fragrance while the ham is cooking, and they flavour the ham nicely too.
