Bake Sale Breadwinners

Bake sales are a great way to raise money for a good cause. But if you participate in these fund-raisers annually—or more often—chances are you're out of ideas. You made brownies last year and cookies the year before that. You're looking for something different and creative but as easy too. Well look no more! We've got plenty of great ideas for quick-and-easy treats that are sure to bring oohs, aahs, and cash to your next bake sale.

One simple rule of thumb for bake sales is that great-looking treats go fast! Getting your treats to move from the table into the hands of customers can be as simple as tying a ribbon around your plastic-wrapped goodie. For an additional benefit, attach the recipe to the treat with a hole-punched 3x5 card. And don't forget to clearly label your creation with a name that easily conveys the main ingredients.
